All prices are shown in GBP and are inclusive of VAT @17.5%
Payment
Credit/Debit Cards: We accept the following Credit / Debit Cards via our online store: Visa, Visa Delta, Mastercard and American Express and we do not surcharge for their use.

Carriage
Carriage is charged at a flat rate per item to addresses worldwide.
Delivery
Although we do aim to process all orders in the shortest time possible, sometimes delays may occur due to a busy time of year or unavailability of stock. For this reason we ask that all customers allow between 14 days for delivery.
Customs Duties
Any Customs duties or local taxes levied are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
New Goods: Under EU Distance Selling Regulations customers are entitled to a cooling off period within which they can return items for a full refund. This period ends seven working days after the day of receipt of the goods (working days excludes Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.) Customers must request a return under this Directive in writing within the 7 day period. As part of the Directive the customer must also make adequate care and effort to ensure that the product can be resold as new. We regret that carriage charges are not refundable.
Defective Goods: All items supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the Original Manufacturer’s Guarantee. All defects must be notified to us in writing and the defective goods must be return immediately. If the manufacturer accepts that an item is defective we will provide a refund / replacement or repair the item as appropriate.
Damaged Goods: In the event of goods being damaged in transit details must noted on the delivery documentation and it is the customers responsibility to notify us within 2 days of the delivery and return the damaged item. We will then make a claim against the carrier and arrange for a replacement item to be sent.

Customers may at any time opt out of receiving any further communications from us by emailing : privacy@stormcricket.co.uk with an instruction to delete their name and address from our mailing list.
v) Storm Cricket Ltd will not share personal data with any third parties unless required to do so by law.
vi) From time to time Storm Cricket Ltd may modify the terms of this policy, any such modifications will become effective as soon as they are published on this website.
